1. Information we collect

When you browse this site or submit the inquiry form, we may collect: the name and contact details you provide, your stay preferences and notes; and, via cookies and similar technologies, your browsing behaviour (pages visited, time on page, clicks and referral source) together with device and approximate location information.

2. How we use it

With your consent, this information is used to: respond to and process your inquiry; for marketing (including remarketing, offer notifications and performance measurement); and to optimise your experience (analysing site usage, improving content and services). Clicking “I agree” on the cookie banner constitutes your consent to the above.

3. Third-party services

This site uses services such as Cloudflare (hosting and traffic analytics) to operate and measure performance. When you contact us via LINE Official or WhatsApp, those platforms' respective privacy policies apply.

4. Your choices

You may select “Necessary only” on the cookie banner to decline non-essential marketing / analytics uses, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Data deletion request

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Article 11, applicable GDPR provisions, and Meta / Google platform policies, you have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you — including information collected via this website, Facebook / Instagram ad interactions, inquiry forms, or other connected platforms.

How to request deletion:

1. Email service@woo-waa.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include in the message: the name, email and/or phone number you used when interacting with us (any one is enough), and the scope of deletion (e.g. "Meta / Facebook ad interaction data" or "all data").
3. We will complete deletion and confirm in writing within 30 days of receiving your request. For data held by third parties (Meta, Google, LINE, etc.), we will simultaneously instruct those platforms to delete their stored identifiers.

Note: data we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax invoices for completed bookings) will be kept for the statutory retention period; we will inform you explicitly which items fall under this exception.
