An old house, with its own time kept intact.
TING STATES is revitalised and operated by Woowaa Asset Management. We don't strip a space and start over — we let the layers time has left on the city remain, and make them livable again.
The name Ting (汀) is taken from a calm place where flowing water slows enough to moor. The horizontally extended letter “N” in the wordmark is a stretched timeline — a process still unfolding, the tension between history and the present.
The full iron-grille window in the stairwell is preserved exactly as it was — black ironwork in geometric and leaf motifs, opening onto the green of the Xindian River and its embankment. Old and new don't overwrite each other; they're a double exposure of one house.
This is not a hotel. It's a serviced residence where you settle into Gongguan and make this neighbourhood your everyday.
